Yum Yum. Nothing like a burger. Here’s an easy hamburger recipe that we love:
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup frozen spinach, thawed & chopped
1 Egg (you can leave out, if the meat is kept icy cold all the way to the BBQ)
1/2 cup either: GF oats or bread crumbs
1 tsp cumin
Mix all together and form into patties. Return to freezer for at least 15 minutes. This helps the burgers to stay together & not break apart on the grill. Put on hot BBQ, cook 5-6 minutes per side, turn only once.
Serve on El Peto GF Hamburger buns – they are a nice generous size and tasty too.
